Petition to Revoke

​If you fail to comply with the terms of your court-ordered probation, conditional discharge, or supervision the prosecutor can file a "Petition to Revoke," this means the case will be re-opened and you can be sentenced again, perhaps this time the court will impose additional fines or jail time because of your failure to comply.​

DUI
